The Lamppost: Helping Ministry Leaders Not Lose Their Heart for Jesus

A four-month cohort focused on enduring, steady faith
January – April 2026 | Knoxville, Tennessee

Description

The Lamppost was a four-month cohort created for ministry leaders who longed to sustain their love for Jesus over the long haul. Rather than offering strategy or performance tools, it provided space for reflection, spiritual attentiveness, and honest community with others who understood the weight of leadership.

The Challenge

Anna arrived simply tired. Years of faithful leadership had left her functioning well publicly while feeling dim privately. She needed space to stop and listen for God again.

Sarah entered sensing a quiet erosion. She loved her calling but felt fatigued and disconnected beneath the surface. She longed for a safe place to speak honestly.

The Win

Over four months, both women experienced subtle but essential shifts. Through guided reflection and shared community, they began tending parts of their souls long ignored. Nothing dramatic changed externally, but something steadier emerged internally.

Sarah later reflected,
“The Lamppost didn’t push me forward. It helped me see where I already was—and reminded me I wasn’t alone.”

Leaders left not accelerated, but anchored—better equipped to continue in ministry without losing their heart for Jesus.
