Cohorts
Cohorts Rooted in Formation and Care
At With, Inc., cohorts are at the heart of our work. They are intentional, small-group experiences designed to support ministry leaders in tending to their own souls while carrying the weight of leadership. Cohorts create space for honesty, reflection, shared wisdom, and growth over time. Rather than quick fixes or one-off events, these gatherings offer a steady rhythm of formation that allows leaders to be known, supported, and shaped in community. Each cohort meets consistently over several months and is guided by experienced facilitators who hold the group with care, curiosity, and spiritual attentiveness.
The Lamppost - Winter / Spring 2026
Formation for Ministry Leaders
What It Is
The Lamppost is a guided, small-group cohort created for new and emerging ministry leaders. Participants meet regularly over several months in a trusted community that offers structure, teaching, reflection, and honest conversation.
This is not a class to complete or content to master. It is a formative space where leaders are invited to slow down, tell the truth about their experience, and grow alongside others walking similar paths.
The Goals
The Lamppost is designed to:
Build strong foundations for healthy, sustainable ministry
Cultivate self-awareness, spiritual depth, and emotional maturity
Support leaders in tending to their own souls while serving others
Integrate personal story, calling, and leadership practice
Rather than focusing solely on skills or outcomes, the cohort attends to the inner life of the leader, recognizing that how we lead is deeply shaped by what is forming us beneath the surface.
The Impact
Participants in The Lamppost develop greater clarity, resilience, and sustainable rhythms for long-term leadership. They learn to notice what drives them, how their story shows up in their leadership, and what it means to lead from a grounded and honest place.
Instead of leading from exhaustion or reactivity, leaders begin to lead from wholeness—steady, rooted, and attentive to their own formation as well as the people they serve.
Who Cohorts Are For
With, Inc. cohorts are especially meaningful for leaders who:
Are early in their ministry journey or navigating new responsibility
Desire depth, reflection, and honest conversation
Long for a space where they do not have to perform
Want to lead with greater awareness, health, and integrity
