Rest In The Wrestle

The definition of “Amen” means “So be it.” Why can this be so hard to say? 

There’s beautiful and terrible in our lives. Each suffering we face shows us a little more of ourselves, and that can be terrifying if processing that reality apart from the love of God.  God’s invitation to us is that whatever comes our way, we are invited to stay connected to him; to remain in him is to remain Home. Much of life is mystery and living in the tension between what is and what we wish were true. Not everything gets tied up with a bow on this earth, yet as followers of Jesus, there is something deep within us that in the middle of the wrestle, enables us to say, “So be it.” Come join us as we share and wrestle together toward a better hope.
