England Soul Care Trip
The England Soul Care Trip (ESC) took place in August 2025 and was born from a shared love of story—particularly The Chronicles of Narnia—and a longing for meaningful, shared experience. Drawing on the imaginative landscapes shaped by C.S. Lewis and other beloved storytellers, the trip invited participants not simply to reflect on the stories of others, but to live more fully into their own.
Directors’ Training Intensive
The Directors’ Training Intensive was a three-day immersive experience designed for ministry leaders carrying significant responsibility and strain. Twenty leaders gathered in Winston-Salem after a demanding season of service, many arriving depleted and stretched thin. The Intensive created an unhurried, relational environment where participants were invited to show up not as roles or titles, but as whole people.
Rest in the Wrestle Retreat
Rest in the Wrestle is a yearly retreat created for those living inside questions that may not resolve quickly—or at all. Each year, participants gather with the shared acknowledgment that some struggles do not have neat answers: chronic uncertainty, lingering grief, long obedience without visible change, faith held alongside disappointment.
The Lamppost: Helping Ministry Leaders Not Lose Their Heart for Jesus
The Lamppost was a four-month cohort created for ministry leaders who longed to sustain their love for Jesus over the long haul. Rather than offering strategy or performance tools, it provided space for reflection, spiritual attentiveness, and honest community with others who understood the weight of leadership.
